Why would you need one unless in competition?

Why? I'm no expert on this but I think using diuretics on a regular basis is not really a good thing?

I'm prone to hold water myself. Inherited that from my mother. I'm just to "afraid" to try a diuretic. Seen too many ppl get fucked up on em bad

don't take diuretics just because you think you hold some water, probably shit diet habits, i got a camel back but fuck if i'm losing a kidney to have tight skin on the low back all year long

if you insist just use dandelion root and coffee, hell drinking a lot of water causes the body to produce a natural diuretic , don't take a perscription diuretic without as doctors supervision or its a one time night before a contest thing

Lasix was very popular in the 80's but very powerful too. Accidents happened (low BP) not to mention the rebound after the cycle.

Agree unless your under medical supervision i wouldn't recommend them either, even the herbal stuff. Electrolytes can really get thrown off, kidneys might take a hit depending on how dyhyradtion you get, plus cramps and other unwanted sides. And I know few diuretics that are very nephrotoxic like any loop diuretic such as lasix and bumex, no telling about herbal versions, shit can be good for you though and just another expense.

My Body can hold onto water like a damn camel too. It's most noticeable when I eat even one shit meal, consume more carbs than i burn, don't get enough sleep, eat way to much salt, don't use aromatase inhibitors when I really needed them etc. However when I stay on top of all this I can stay bone dry.
