8/9 Took day off again, to heal some more for tomorrow over head pressing. Knee is feeling much better today. I do have a minor tear in the lateral meniscus. Wont be able to do any leg work for at least 2 weeks. Can't squat down at all for shit. Will be focusing on upper body only until i'm healed enough, got some knee wraps last night as well to help. Took 1/2 cc of deca into lower tear drop muscle of quads near knee it provided pain relief within 10 minutes! Miracle drug right there. Stay tuned for more, esp once i'm able to do legs again I will be smashing the workouts with higher reps then prescribed for now.
