What's your typical diet? I try not to put on weight (or even lose some).
A typical day looks like this (don't laugh).
Breakfast
200g vegan yoghurt with a scoop superfoods powder
1 tsp almond butter
Chicory
Lunch
200g veggies
Tofu or hempfu
1 or 2 slices Ezekiel bread
200g vegan yoghurt...
