Sesamoid bone
Anyone ever break or fracture their sesamoid bone? I've been trying to heal mine for months to no avail. Wore the boot, tried immobilizing it, staying off of it. I tried icing it.... It has got better - but has just reached a steady state on pain that just never seems to go away. I asked... -
