Has anyone heard of the breathing ladder?
Its good for compound movments like squats.
It is said that it helps build strength and stamina.
It looks like this.
Squat 1 rep, rack, take 1 breath
Squat 2 reps, rack, take 2 breaths
Squat 3 reps, rack take 3 breaths
And so on, all the way to 10...
