So my low back been BAD finally got to chiro few months ago Insurance said it was covered, Chiro said he took insurance. Only to find out BOTH lied had to pay FULLY out of pocket So 2 weeks ago I go to new Chiro. Insurance sent me Dr list, dudes on it, they say manipulation fully covered...
