    Inversion Table

    Just got an inversion table!!! The neighbor down the street had one in his garage that he didn't want anymore...basically brand new...got it for $50. Tried it and love it...just couldn't hang for that long at first...probably 5 minutes. Does anyone else use one and what would be a good target...
