    Pork Tenderloin

    Sear pork tenderloin in pan then remove it. In same pan saute onions and garlic. Then add a can of diced apricots with liquid. Pour the onions, garlic, and apricots on to the pork and finish in the oven. Should take about 20 minutes. Then to thicken it add Roux or gravy mix.
