    Intra Workout Carbs

    Wondering what fellow powerlifters are using for intra workout carbs. I used fortify from complete nutrition before and really liked it. It was a blend of waxy maize, dextrose, malto etc. What do you guys use?

    Gluten free carbs - suggestions needed.

    Obviously sweet potatoes and regular potatoes and fruits an veggies. Does anyone have a favorite GF pasta, or bread or whatever? Really wanna try avoiding gluten all offseason but wanna enjoy other types of carbs.
