    Tbar Rows!

    Finally was able to do light single armed Tbar rows today. My legs and balance so tight/bad tbh they dangerous for me. But I hit it today! I think my first time since my last stroke. Felt GREAT

    Tbar row station becoming one of my favs! Man always used it but now putting different grips and angles for back day. Gonna start incorporating into core, legs, chest etc..
