I was using a research place before and i had to start at 20mg because either it had very little nolva in it or something else... But I got pharma grade nolva now so I think it is a safe mg to start out at. ]]

Actually I wont fuck with research chems ever again.. Rather just get what I pay for and be done with it. rather than throw darts at a list of places hoping one has what they say they are selling me.
