Yep.....part of my bicep routine. I like to lean over the top of an incline bench.....making kinda like a modified preacher curl and really squeeze at the top.
 
I also do these, started a couple years ago and it’s one of my favorites. Think it’s the first lift in the video. If you do it right it feels awesome.

I've been doing this the last year, really have to lock your elbows in, works great. I also do the seated concentration curls, try switching it up to seated hammer concentration curls... burn your forearms off.
 
I haven’t done that exercise in awhile I used to do that when I trained at home. I guess I’m to good for it now that I go to the gym
 
Nothing wrong with going back to the basics once in a while! Old Arnold days, maybe I’ll watch Pumping Iron again tonight
