I haven't taken anything other than HGH the past few years to stay lean and in shape. I am looking for a cycle routine that will add lean muscle.

Is Test. The best and only thing to take? I'd appreciate some advice on a routine. I'm in excellent health and workout 5 days a week.

Im 51 myself and, in my opinion, a simple test/tren cycle with around 200mg of test and 400mg of tren is really hard to beat. I just don't see the need for most of us to use a complicated cycle and if you're drugs are of good quality you don't need a lot.

That said, since you've been off for so long, nothing wrong with just using test and see how that works.

49 years old... my go to is 300-400mg a week of NPP.. 300-900mg a week of masteron enanthate (i don't have hairloss issues)... and only trt levels of test ...100-125mg a week.

almost side effect free for me,.. and i give blood regularly to keep the numbers in range

and i really only blast like that once a year nowadays

Krustus is that your cruise protocol? Why the fluctuation in 300-900 week Mast E? I'm interested in knowing as I am 49 myself currently using only Test. Thanks bro.

my protocol is really trt test at 100mg a week year round... and about once a year i do the NPP and mast e combo for 12 weeks.

i run mast at 900mg if my money will allow ..lol.. as it's kind of expensive. so if money is tight i do less mast e

Makes sense, mast E gets pricey.

absolutely, little proviron to lower shbg and raise free test, magic without the risk the rest is all eating
