If I lived in a house downstairs be no issue, this upper is like a sauna EASILY 90's and humid with no breeze.
Last summer was stuck with no AC literally took me out of gym for weeks

Recovery is a big part of making progress and if ya can't sleep your not recovering properly. We have a basement and its always cooler down there. We have the same issue with the upstairs as well. I've had to sleep in the basement a few times last year just ta get comfortable.

I never sleep, 30-45 minutes at a time tops
