According to my Egfr I am at Stage 4 Kidney disease

Had blood work done and my EFGR was 26 ..my BUN was 44 My Creatinine was 2.8. But my BUN/Creatinine ratio was at 16 which is perfect. Every other marker was fine like BP and URINE analysis. I have an appointment with a kidney specialist next week. Anyone ever have an issue like this?

According to the medical establishment I have stage 3 ckd. I stopped everything even working out. Now my Egfr is normal. Crazy cause they told me it will never go up just stabilize. Lol

I had similar issues and started taking Astragulus 3 caps with each meal and brought up my egfr to normal levels and of hydrate like heck before labs.

Kept working out and took my gear. No orals as those crash my HDL.

Creatine limit it to 5-10gms on workout days. But the Astaragulus from Vitamin Shop works well. My doc was shocked when I turned my numbers around. So this last check up I intentionally stopped taking it and started taking 2 caps twice a day and my numbers dropped by 2 pts, but probably would have been ok as I was only on it for 2 weeks before labs. You need to be on for a solid month or longer before labs and hopefully it will help.

Mine are always hi especially when on a heavy cycle. Personally I don't worry about it to much.

I've heard several have this as far as I know coming off gear fixed it, take supplements avoid anything kidney heavy and you should be fine

When i first started it was in the 30s IIRC after getting on astragulus it went up to 61. Usually keep it there. This go around I'm going to keep the high dose for a month but keep at 2 3 times a day from there on.
