Glycofuse to my post workout shake. 50gms, usually in about 12oz of water (sometimes a touch more), this stuff is giving me some FOUL gas and diarrhea. Anyone else?? Gonna increase the water so the fast exiting nutrients don't pass into the intestines before the body can absorb them. I'll give that a try first and see if it makes a difference.
 
I use karbolyn as well. No issues there!! And taste amazing
