Amount of time off IGF??

After using igf lr3 for 40 days how long should i take off before starting it again? I'm hearing anywhere from 2-4 wks

Actually I just see now Dave palumbo says
30 days on
2 wks off
30 days on
2wks off
30 days on
8 wks off then start over

So I'll go with that

Dilute it more. You're talking immediate pain during injection? Like a burn sensation? I do 2ml of bac water per vial. I messed up and did 1 ml and it hurt!
