Anabolism (the synthesis) - is a set of chemical processes in the live organism, directed to formation and updating of structural parts of cells and tissues, consists in synthesis of complex molecules from more simple ones with accumulation of energy. In more simple words, anabolism is a process of new tissues construction to what we aspire to increase.
