i finally decided to try to make some protein fluff... a little milk, xanthan gum, ice. scoop of protein... i did vanilla and added about 100 cals of crushed butterfinger..
it was very good and surprisingly filling for only a 300 cal dish. would have been 200 cals without the butterfinger...
did a second one yesterday ...this time cookies and cream powder and 90 cals of crushed oreo... damn good
really helps with my sweet tooth... very nacro friendly (even with the cookies etc.. just fit them in your macros)
