Last year the doctor told my I had Tendinopathy in my shoulder. He believes a tendon in my shoulder was not as strong as it should be and that's why I was having pain when I was bench pressing.
It took me about a year to fully recover. I took weeks to months off then did multiple stretching excersises and even light weight with slow controlled reps.
I was just wondering if anyone else on here has any tendon related injuries and if so, how long did it take u to recover?
