Cut meat out of their diet?

I'm not talking about going vegan but cutting out chicken, pork, and red meat.

There are studies which suggest meat products increase inflammatory responses so I was thinking about trying this for a month.

Any suggestions or feedback is appreciated.

doing it mainly for health reasons. seeing if i can get enough protein via eggs/egg whites/dairy, etc. have upped the carbs a little bit too, but not too drastic as it's summer and i want to stay lean. i generally try to eat a high fat/low carb/moderate protein diet.

Hope you accomplish your goal. I myself is wrking on gluten and sugar

i don't eat any bread but i'm not sure where else gluten might be hiding out. i eat a lot of atkins stuff at work to snack on. shit gives me horrible gas lol. i wonder what's in it. i've pretty much eliminated sugar although today i ate a few oatmeal cookies before the gym.
