Anyone have any at home workouts that they do the days they can't make it to the gym?

I'm going to be out of the gym 3-4 days and wanted some suggestions.
 
i got this trx type strap...cheaper and better imho... not a mass builder of course but a great fitness tool... combine with body weight stuff... jumps...and running... you can get a very decent workout

You really need to be careful with those. Using them could cause you to run, jump and do things that could be considered cardio. Hell I got tired just writing this.
 
i've done years of calisthenics , if its just 3 or 4 days easy, just do some sets of push ups with different hands positioning , chair dips , handstand pushups , crunches, scissor kicks , leg raises . if you have access to a bar in the house or walk to a school area for chins and pull ups , leg raises
