I still have a cig every once in a while. I quit but it is still a guilt pleasure I still allow myself.
Besides that I'll indulge in a drink sometimes if I'm not on any orals.
Oh and I'll smash some ice cream or a bag of candy also sometimes.

I like my vape as well lol.. i used to be a smoker, but i can tell u hands down i can do cardio much better vaping then when i smoked lol. its still not healthy but its markedly better in the short term at least lol

Zyns, stimulants, dont drink much anymore but when I do its a black out binge.

d3r3kSame. I can't handle alcohol. Had to quit cause it came down to my wife and kids or alcohol. Best choice I ever made was to stop drinking. Love my family. I'm a better man without alcohol.
