Here is another one of my fav's
1/4 onion
1/2 jalapeno
8-10oz grilled chicken
1 tbsp olive oil (to saute the onions and jalap's)
In a cast iron skillet on high
add 1 tbsp olive oil, sliced fresh jalapeno, sliced onions and saute
add chicken and lightly brown
add 2-3 tblsps walden farms no calorie balsamic vinaigrette
cook on high for about 2 minutes and serve and eat
Very simple and has a lot of flavor, just protein and a little added fat from the olive oil
