I really Like my Optimen from optimum nutrition. I take three single pills spread though the day and never really get the glowing piss indicative of the vitamins passing right through you.

I buy multimax, costs me $8 for 2 months lol, on is a good one and so is orange triad. I add digestive enzymes on top if it tho, some have it built in.
