I only eat Quest bars, these look good if you're out doing some activity, i stay away from carbs if possible

Agreed Quest are the best.. But to me lack taste. I try and get most protein from whole foods. Really like Quest protein shakes...yummy.

Lol. They are simple to make, I got the recipe online. I think I have two recipes, one of them I use the most.
