Brothers and sisters. I was doing some decline Flyes this morn and on what turned our to be my last set...I felt an ache or strain on the tendon at the bottom of my biceps (where biceps and forearm tie in). It only aches...there was no pop...it hurts only when I try to straighten arm (like at the start position for DB Curl or at the bottom of tricep pushdown). It's more of an ache instead of pain. In Bent position (as if it was in am arm sling) I feel nothing. No bruising or discoloration. Prognosis...strain or tear? And procedure for recovery?
