Blast and cruise

200mg / week
How do you feel about it? Personally I am one who is BIG on breaking and running a PCT and allowing your body to recoup. Like I mentioned everyone is different, that's not much, i have friends and know alot of men who have hurt themselves by never breaking and running a PCT.

I was a proponent of blast and cruise for a long time but I'm starting to rethink that. After a big blast, it may be a very good idea to come all the way off for a couple months anyway to let your body's other functions normalize. By that I mean liver enzymes, blood pressure, RBC/hematocrit, lipids, etc. More to it than just keeping test levels normal.

It's a personal choice after a while. I have decided to blast and cruise at this point. I hate coming off. I feel so much better on physically and mentally. For me, I'm a ex opiate addict, training, fighting, and playing ball is keeping me sober. So putting gear in my body is just something that is actually helping me stay clean along with training.

If you're coming all the way off and going back on your deviation/fluctuation in hormone levels will be greater.
B&C makes sense on a lot of levels, especially in this age of trt.
Majority of the adverse effects in cycling are due to a select few compounds, mostly nor's and strong (halo, etc) orals. Avoid those compounds and you avoid most sides, chronic and acute.
250mg's/week Test is usually the break point for sides, as far as estrogenic activity. Take proviron and one can run this forever, according to contemporary research.
