I made a appointment to give blood Monday. Is it more beneficial to give RBC or just regular plasma?

Not on EQ just preventative.

I believe you have to be Aneg, Bneg or O blood type for double reds.

I used to give blood every 3 months but I had to stop -- my iron levels were far too low (I never eat meat).
