Do any of you who don't have diabetes check yours. I don't have diabetes but figured it's cheap as hell so bought a lot for testing. Thoughts?

We can't be to careful after all.

It's good to check your sugar after eating to see how your body responds to different foods. And it can help you lose weight by watching your blood sugar too. Keep it under 90 and you'll be losing weight.

If you use gH, it is good to monitor as it will real havoc on BG eventually

got the tester and my lazy ass has yet to use it lol

I have a Libre 3 constant glucose monitor and occasionally slam in a 14 day monitor and track by glucose levels to make sure I’m still sensitive

The finger prick method and monitors are fine also. But nothing beats a CGM.
