just wondering when and why you joined your first bodybuilding board?

For me it was in the 90's, I had started working out like crazy and was looking for good advice about training and diet.

My first board was in the early 2000's. It was docknowsbest.com. Ran by a guy named Method who actually started one of the first igf forums.

Yes it wasn't anything like now but a few fitness and did exist
So long ago

I miss SSB (Gymace was an European like me), BBD, WWBB, infinity Muscle, genxxl (England was a very nice guy) and other forums that are no longer up and running 🙁

Wow....so many, I can't even remember them anymore. But, the reason I got on them was for gear and training.

Those boards were very good. The original OSBB with Chaos, total-muscle with Ajdos(RIP) and May1963.

Nobody heard from Chaos in years. I wonder how he's doing. And I miss AJ, he was always there to help when needed (together with Nuge). I wish we could have saved both his boards but nobody had the info. God knows I tried 🙁

I got on the boards in the late 90`s. I had started working out in late 88 early 89 and was going good on my own reading and learning from the guys in the gyms and I wanted to expand my knowledge base and explore more so I got on the computer and joined the boards and got into the BB community online. I was heavy into the boards back in the day, I was on 40+ boards at one time and I used to log in to each one of them every day and read and post for hours and hours. One of the boards I was on was EG way back in the day!!!And many many years later I am still here!

MG weren't you here long ago also?

Thanks
TMM

There was one before Steroidology. I actually can't remember the name. I started becoming active during the ology days. Then I bounced through a few and met some wonderful bros on BOP that brought me here. I've been here ever since. Havent really visited any other boards since....

yeah...ummmm we love you MG but.......
Yes grim but the point is that I kept this board alive by posting while you were away and you chose to forget that part.

But what? 🙁

I miss some of the people of boards that have disappeared like treeistheman, England, Gymace, Shine (who passed away years ago) and others. I have seen AVEC (also a cool dude) on one of the Canadian boards I go to.

Not going to get into shit wish ud really stop bringing that stuff up tbh.
