Best place to order STRAIGHT protein from is www.truenutrition.com.. You get exactly what it says.. No fillers, no extras.. Most companies arent giving you what they say.. Muscle milk is ok.. I recently vacated a position and we were sponsored by cytosport... I have a cabinet full of there stuff. The monster milk is the best if your going cytosport. Muscle milk has a lot of extras.. I always recommend Raw mycillar casein from a grass fed source. I dont advocate at all especially when trying to lean out/imrove health anything with carbs or fat.. Isopure is most of my clients goto.

--->Toxins that you ingest can impair the fat burning and muscle building processes
--->Grain/corn fed proteins are heavily processed potentially leaving the delicate immune-supporting and muscle building components of the whey damaged.
--->Grain/corn fed proteins are treated with SOY just to make them mix well. Check the ingredients label on your protein powders and look for “soy lecithin”. It’s in almost all protein powders. What’s the problem with soy? 1) Many health experts now consider soy to be an ANTI-nutrient because it prevents the body absorbing other nutrients, 2) it’s thought to be estrogenic which means that it can cause an increase in female hormones in the body (which can make muscle building and fat loss much harder as well as other potential health complications) and 3) soy is often genetically modified.
These are just a few of the things.. When it comes down to it you are what you eat.. 1 scoop of protein is normally 25g of pro. that's the equivalent to 3-4oz of meat! that is not only super concentrated with protein but other things as well (everything the cow ate of was injected with).
