The core or my routine is 5x5's but on cardio days this is what I'm doing the rest of cycle because I can get the hard cardio needed plus break down the muscles...which I hope will yield a hard chisled look. Right now this will be 2 times a week probably....further into cycle it will be a 3-4 times a week thing..TSizemore said:Stick with it.
