BP meds...whos on them?

So my bp spikes from time to time especially while on..theres things I do to eradicate it, sometimes it doesn't work. So I purposefully worked out before doc appointment bp spiked a bit, doc put me on mild dose of linsopril...anyone have experience with this?


Ohh yeah i told doc about the AAS after the script....lol doc was like well...okay then...thats why! Doc said I need to stop forever of course. Said im not stopping now but will in the future.

Just wanting to know everyone else's experience?

hbp runs in my family. Im on 3 diff meds so getting a script for me is easy.
And i dont even bother telling him im using AAS

Do it without drugs first. Jump Rope! jump rope for 15 minutes with 1 minute breaks every 3 minutes. That will get your bp down.

Ive had my bp down to a consistant 110/60 when my diet was more micro nutrient based...almost vegetarian....but screw that. ..and before gear too

I was started out on lisinipril but it made me feel weird so i got switched to losartan, seems to work better for me.

I had a heart cath done last September. My BP has always been high. The Tribenzor 3 in 1..... A water pill and 2 statins. The cardividol actually slows my heart down which in turn helps lower pressure. Mine is hereditary and so I guess need a lot of meds

MY DAILY DOSE IS ONE LISINOPRIL TAB AND ONE BABY ASPIRIN PER DAY, WORKS GOOD ON ME WITH NO SIDES AT ALL.
WHEN 1ST STARTED TAKING IT (NEVER FELT ANY DIFFERENT),BUT THE NUMBERS ALSO WAYS CAME BACK GOOD, BUT AFTER I GOT STARTED A WILE AND NOW, SOMETIMES I WOULD JUST START FEELING BAD AND WOULD GET PRETTY BAD HEAD ACHES, AND I NOTICE THAT HIS WAS HAPPENING WHEN (I WOULD FORGET TO TAKE IT), SO I FIGURE MY BODY HAD GOT USE TO IT AND NEEDED IT BECAUSE NOT LONG AFTER FEELING THIS WAY I WOULD AND CAN TAKE IT, I WOULD AND WILL START FEELING OK

Only ones I have access to is atenolol 25mg I take one as needed wich isnt that often seems like tren is the only thing raises my bp bad

I got light headed, woozy, tired feeling, just didn't feel right

I have a pretty high BP naturally. Always have. When on cycle esp tren or EQ I use cayenne pepper pills to bring it down.

I had high blood pressure one time, I was on test and deca. It was right before my last fight, my doc put me on BP meds for a month, I dropped the deca, and when I went back all was good. When I got to Mississippi for my fight the docs took my blood pressure and it was alittle high, from nerves and excitement, I chilled for a half hour and they retook it and it was good and they let me fight. I am positive it was the deca that was causing it in the first place.
