Has anyone heard of the breathing ladder?
Its good for compound movments like squats.
It is said that it helps build strength and stamina.
It looks like this.

Squat 1 rep, rack, take 1 breath
Squat 2 reps, rack, take 2 breaths
Squat 3 reps, rack take 3 breaths
And so on, all the way to 10
You breath regular while ur doing ur reps.
Ive done this for 2 Weeks now and can feel the improvement.
 
Never had done this so perhaps I'll try it today as its leg day for me
 
Interesting, but why rack the weight? could the breaths be done Loaded? My form is shitty after an unrack. takes a rep to get everything right and postion setup, so standing with the weight would help form on my subsequent reps.
