Cabergoline(caber)is a dopamine D2 receptor agonist that directly inhibits prolactin. As you mayknow, gynecomastia can be caused by both estrogen and progesterone(indirectly),which can be elevated by exogenous androgens. Progesterone can stimulate prolactinserum levels which can increase mammary gland size. Caber works by directlyinhibiting prolactin secretion in the pituitary's lactotroph cells.Interestingly, prolactin has a very similar structure to GH, and studies haveshown the use of caber to decrease GH levels. Another interesting phenomenonobserved in male caber users is multiple orgasms, due to its reductive effecton the refractory period(time between ejaculations). As far as side effects, caber is the safest option for hyperprolactinemia and bc of its low effectivedose(0.25-1mg 2x a week) most common side effects being gastric related andloss of appetite.

Overall, caber is very effective at reducing prolactin buildup caused by certain androgens like nandrolone and trenbolone. Apparently you can have crazy multiple orgasms too, so that sounds like a win-win.

I noticed some differences sexually with caber but not like some other guys were reporting. It was RC though so maybe that was it. I'll never use prami again if I can help it though. So horrible if you get the dose too high.

I have used prami in the past I have always learned to taper my doses so I don't get that crappy feeling.
