CAJUN TUNA CAKES

Makes 2 Cakes


Ingredients:

4oz of Oat Flour
1 Whole Egg
1 Can of Tuna in water
Cajun Seasoning to taste

Directions:

Crack the egg and whisk it in a bowl.

Add tuna to bowl and mix it well together.

Combine the tuna mixture with the cajun seasoning and flour and mix well.

Form into 2 patties.

Heat a pan with coconut oil or non stick spray and add cakes to the pan and brown on both sides until done.

Serve on a bed of lettuce,spinach or or buns.

I know how it is to have those long days my friend.,Ive done 7 day weeks from opening to closing for many many yrs so I feel you on that one.Im finally getting to relax a little now.Thank God,took long enough.LMFAO.
