I found out that cardio is addictive. Sometimes I do 3 sessions of 30 minutes on the same day. How much is too much?

Depends on your goals. For me, 20-30mins a day is fine.
My goal is to stay healthy and lean. I'm not lifting like you guys. I do crossfit and light weights most of the time.

You can stay healthy and lean without 90mins cardio a day. Now if you training for an event that is different.

if you like it and you're not concerned with getting too thin or losing a little muscle then do it all you want, i do 40 min daily , sometimes extra 20-30 at night

agree... i say do as little as you can... i walk 3 times a week for 20 minutes.

getting too good at cardio is actually detrimental.. as you body finds ways to use less fuel to do the work... so your metabolism actual is worse... cardio needs to be changed up frequently so you can remain inefficient and burn more cals.

all that said... if you enjoy it ... it can't be that bad.. do what you find the most enjoyable in life

Krustus is on point once again. I prefer to get my cardio through sports exercise...i.e. tennis, basketball, beerpong.. whatever!

I warmup prior to lifting for 15 min on a treadmill if that counts ha ha. ITs an old Dorian Yates principle. I've already had a pretty complicated knee surgery and now have alot of problems with my hip and lower back. My running and or days of high impact cardio related activity are over. More power to those who are cardio freaks however I prefer the woman with a physique. I could care less about a thin string bean. The weights are a proper diet are where its at in my opinion. I love carbs myself, but am able to curb them
