I found out that cardio is addictive. Sometimes I do 3 sessions of 30 minutes on the same day. How much is too much?

I do cardio to get rid of the calories of the carbs I'm eating 😉You can stay healthy and lean without 90mins cardio a day. Now if you training for an event that is different.
