I plan to get some different length chain and clips to use to 'change' things up

Using a v handle for rows with plates for example

Plates for easy handle curls etc

Figured or thought up a few moves so far

Anyone else do this?
 
i have bands as well but these things i plan to do bands wont work
 
Can you just leave chains at your gym?
 
Well chains Im talking about arent like on end of BB
Like I said such things as back movements

Wont be super thick or long, 3' tops Im thinking
 
Same here my man I used different bands Ranging anywhere from 15 to 30 to 80 pound resistance. That way I can attach him to equipment like press barbells. Even using on different movements. stiff leg bent over. What the bands I feel you get that pullback resistance Which I enjoy for both high repetition and the negativity of the band that makes any sense to anyone
