Re: Cheat Meals ! Post them up!
I get one cheat day a week where I can eat anything I want all day! I look forward to that day all week because it breaks up the monotony of eating the same things every day. I will write down everything that I want, which are usually things I see on tv or things I see signs or ads for(everything looks good when your on a diet!!) I have a list of everything I want to go eat on my cheat day but I normally only eat a couple of times that day because all that greasy un healthy food fills me up and gives me a stomach ache.
So far this weeks cheat day I want donuts, burgers, ice cream, pancakes. My cheat day is normally Sunday unless the wife wants to go do something on Saturday then I will move it up.
I see most of you guys only have a cheat meal where as I take a whole day. I have followed Bill Phillips Body For Life Challenge diet plan for a long time and it has always worked real well for me(I did the body for life challenge two years in a row back in the 90`s). It is basically diet strict 6 days a week and eat what every you want 1 day a week. I have been on the diet plan for 7 weeks now and I have lost 40lbs already(270lbs-230lbs). I was a very big muscular 270lbs, not fat or flabby, but I wanted to get leaner and look more defined as far as abs popping and stuff. And even though I have a whole day to eat whatever I want I don't take in a whole ton of calories that day, probably because I don't eat 6 times I only eat 2-3 times that day.
