Anyone use? I hate using 'cheats' but my body falling apart, between my low back, and both elbows tearing with golfers elbow my gimpness etc.

Was debating trying for my elbows for a bit.

Anyone have any luck with them?

Are you talking about sleeves for your elbows? You should definitely wear neoprene elbow sleeves. Stoic is solid... well constructed and not overpriced. I have SBD which is great but more pricey. You could also go the single-ply sleeves which will give you more "help" but you'll want to put something like screaming toast or some other topical analgesic to warm up the joint b/c single-ply won't warm up the joint.

yes elbow, was looking at some copper ones id rather start with less and if needed try a thicker one

Ordered these
#1 thicker 1s be real hard to get on both my gimp arm and good arm because of gimp
#2 These cheap worth a shot
#3 fear they 2 small though, ordered biggest they had, searched others all were similar size. sure pricey heavy duty ones bigger but again these just to test

I use them because of tennis elbow and have used them for the last couple of years. No more tennis elbow since then. Thank God.

I wear elbow sleeves for the same reason I Wear Knee sleeves, just to give some additional support and warmth to the Joint which makes it easier for me to perform my lifts. I have tons of wear and tear from my type of training so anyway that I can add longevity to my joints I take full advantage of.

Right now I use an arm compression sleeve, a thigh compression sleeve (for my ITBS) and a calf compression sleeve. Please call me Compression Queen 😀

Better safe than sorry, all who have trained extremely heavy over the years have a lot of wear and tear.....I am looking into them also G, especially since the surgery on my elbows.

my elbows just tearing both of them now. left got better but gimp side flared now as well

I believe you can get them back to funtioning good again bro, I know that is my goal no matter what, even with quack Dr's.

Copper ones are good for all day use. They'll help keep good blood circulation and warmth to the joints.
They are also good to wear throughout your workouts during exercises that don't strain your elbows. They provide zero assistance to any lift.
You'll need the neoprene ones for anything involving pressing movements or direct tricep work.

They should be tight to provide support. Just turn them inside out when you put them on 1/2 way and then roll them up.

I looked up the Stoic, pretty good, I need some long enough they won't try and roll or move easily.
Any ideas on a few brands that fit that description bro?

If you are looking for solid support and they don't need to be neoprene, pick up a pair of EliteFTS single ply sleeves. They were running a sale where I got elbow and knee for the price of just 1. You'll need to put some ointment on to heat up the joint since the single ply won't do it on their own. They are long, don't roll up and last a LONG TIME.

@jshredz thats what im hoping for, zero assist..
will be def a test

pressing and triceps actually the least issue, rowing and ab moves the most

We have to get that GIMP side up to par G.....both mine are GIMPS right now lol...

got them in fits on gimp side no way will they fit none gimp side, tried them out at gym, so far impressed.
doesn't 'support' but def gives some relief

got it on non gimp side, it tore a little and doesnt fully go on oops
