Cramps

Does anyone have any advice you could give me? Here's my issue... Over the last couple weeks I've been getting cramps in all different types of muscles all over my body. I drink at least half a gallon to a full gallon of water a day, but it doesn't matter. I stretch, and that still doesn't help. I'm running 350 test E 2/week, 200 tren E 2/week, provirin every other day, Hgh daily, and arim every other day. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this? It hasn't done this until now. And the cramps happen even when I'm not working out. I've taken a few days off, but it's still there. Any advice would be appreciated

Couple things...first, your water intake is wayyyy to low! Also, look into your potassium levels, and also supplement your taurine too. Not sure what kind of pre workout your taking, if any. Creatine, beta alanine, niacin, etc, those have an effect on water and displacement...but, BCAA's would help as well.

Definitely what TSize said, and add a good quality magnesium and calcium to it.

I've always had good luck with nutrabio.com, and look under minerals.

Agreed with TSize about the water intake. Also try upping your potassium, magnesium and calcium intake. They can help greatly as well.

Also try taking daily warm baths in Epsom salt.

Try Pickle Juice too.

"Players on the Philadelphia Eagles NFL team were drinking two ounces of pickle juice before football games to prevent muscle cramps and improve their performance. A simple remedy for muscle cramps is eating a slice of sour pickle; the cramp is gone in about 60 seconds. It also is supposed to prevent pulled hamstrings. Some athletic trainers say that this is a grandma formula, but if it works, do it."

Hope this helps brother.Keep us posted with how things go.

Yeah, all that sounds good. I'll try to up my water intake, but a gallon a day usually has me floating, especially if I have a light cardio day. I take the taurine, but I'll look into magnesium and calcium supplements. I eat bananas for potassium, but maybe I'll try the vitamins to. I'll go drink some pickle juice right now. Thanks everyone.
