Crypto took a beating

Problem with hi returns, living through hi losses.
Lost about a grand in 24 hours, thankfully a good chunk been rebounded

Another reason Im loving staking some coin, interest on others to negate those loss periods

Its HELPING offset to a degree!

eth was in a huge run well decent plus new eth supposed to stake which will change the field

Well I prefer exchanging myself
But staking if you setup properly you'll actually get NEW/Free coins for holding
Similar to mining but staking pow versus pos

There are minimums etc required

Exchanging do you actually hold the coin or have a third party?

Back to its HIs in itself possible in time but thats gonna take a long time IMO with no guarantee

Staking though at least you earn new coin like interest.
Several places actually pay interest as well if you hold ETH with them
