Im recomping, more on cutting side atm
 
always recomping , maintaining or cutting... right now on a maintenance/ recomp..

staying lean or getting leaner is my priority
 
Was on cut... maintaining ATM since I tweaked my shoulder at work but once im good to go then back to hard cut....
 
Just finished a great cut!! Shed 25lbs, and now I'm actually in a lean bulk to get my weight back....but cleaner. 😉

25 lbs!! Damn were you in fat camp.
 
I guess for me unless I'm getting ready for a show and cutting my goal is always to grow.
I guesd there is no such thing as maintenance for a bodybuilder that still competes, once that happens your muscles start to shrink and motivation is loss
