Gentlemen, I'm considering if I should add tren, Winstrol, Mast, EQ or if I should not add anything more? My goal is to cut and drop my body fat percentage to 10%.

Currently I'm running 500mG Test Cyp a week(250mG 2x/week) along with 350mG NPP a week(100mG EOD). *I love the NPP for my joints. Also I'm running T3 at 60mcg a day.

This Sunday I start week 9 of 16 weeks.

I'm 5'09 and when I started I was at 192Lbs. Just over a week ago I hit 176Lbs flat and currently I'm at 180Lbs. Seems I'm more muscular at 180Lbs and my BF is the same as it was at 176Lbs. I've actually really leaned out. I lost a few pant sizes!!!

My goal is to cut to 10% and currently at 180Lbs I'm almost positive my body fat is at 13% or slightly above maybe 13.5% tops.

I'm wondering if I should just continue to run this and maybe I'll reach my goal of 10%, or if I should add another compound. A great friend of mine recommended Winstrol but I'm concerned for my ligaments/tendons due to all the talk I hear of it drying them out from people.

I have every compound of AAS available but was wondering what you veterans with massive knowledge would recommend.

Also I have cycled for many years. I ran tren E once when I was young and inexperienced a long time ago. Never ran Tren A, EQ, Winstrol, Mast.

I'm donating blood in 3-4 days and maintain a 8 week donation schedule.

Any advice would be great my fellow friends.
 
well truth is just get an app to track the calories and see whats necessary to drop a bit more, if you want a compound that helps Clen will do it, its not a steroid so if you want that only Tren can do this , add 50 to 80 mg per day of tren A for the next 8 weeks will change your body
 
Mister, thanks for the response. I've been using Calorie Tracker app to track calories and measure my food servings. I'm eating slightly below maintenance level, which is doing good.

I was thinking of Tren A @ 80mG EOD which is 280mG a week might go great.

100mg eod is pretty much the.min.
 
As misterb stated diet is going to be key, but why add another compound you are no where near the top of NPP and it will produce damn near the same results as low dose tren. If I was going to adjust I would just increase the NPP to 600 a week. You will see some great things with NPP at 600mgs a week plus.

Whinny will harden you and dry you out including your joints and as a bonus it fucks up your lipids lol...I would wait till I was sub 10% to use that you will see more results and look better at a lower dose.
 
yea im a fan of Every day injections with Tren A, for me i dont get swings in levels this way. you're using a low dose id increase it as tkash30 says to 100 if you're staying at EOD but i see better results with everyday

If I up the NPP to 600mG a week, should I up my dosage of caber? Currently I'm doing 0.50mcg twice a week and arimadex at 0.50mG EOD.

do you have a history of Progesterone induced gyno? do you use AI while on Test, the Caber is a nice to have but unnecessary for the person who controls E2
 
No, I don't have a history of gyno. Always used arimadex on any cycle at 0.50mG. And been running caber since started this cycle with NPP. Don't know if I would have any issues if I stopped.

it does not hurt but seems to be a dispelled bro science requirement, certainly helps with being horny

i still keep it in the safe like many just in case but dont used it every week any more

You should be just fine with the caber dose your already taking, hell you could even get away with .5 e5d as long as your not having estro issues now and stay on top of your AI.
 
If you're only going 6 more weeks and you want to cut use winny but not at a high dose. It will stress your lipid values as wack said but not that much. Use less than 50mg's/ed. Pharma tabs come in 5mg's, let that tell you something. The npp will keep the synovial fluid in your joints and the Winny won't dry you out so much as it would without npp in conjunction.
 
Cycle is going great. Entering into week 10 soon. Dropped 3Lbs.

I had upped the NPP to 600mG a week and I believe it's going great.

One concern is my blood pressure which is averaging 143/96. Heart rate generally hangs around low 90s.

I'm taking fish oil, baby aspirin daily and am eating healthy. Should I be concerned about the blood pressure at that mark?
