So, ive been completely out of the gym for close to 6 months now. Depression and life just kinda hit me all at once.
Well im intrested in doing a powerlifting comp in about 3 months. I wouldve liked a little more time but hey itll get my head back in the game.
Any thoughts or input on what i should run to put on strenght? Im looking to win so I wont be shy with running things high.
