Hey everyone !

Just looking for some input on daily vitamins and minerals to take for a female that's trying to become more toned
 
Mostly it's all the standards......Tons of Vitamin C, A good Women's Multi will do as well, and some BCAA's. I don't take the BCAA's myself, because I get them in my protein, but most women don't drink a lot of protein.

Just like said above a good multi, preferably even a prenatal as it has more Folic Acid and other ingredients that will give benefit, essential fatty acids/fish/krill oil, vitamin C of course, a good tasting protein powder for shakes and or smoothies, and the rest of what she will need will be in the wholesome foods she will want to be eating. My wife also takes creatine, Taurine, and a good PWO shot before training...she likes Cellucor C4 Extreme. Other than that the wife loves her Var 😉.
