Just got around to watching this tonight, fantastic stuff. Kai has been a favorite of mine since 2006, when he hadn't won any big shows yet, and was often ridiculed for his silly posing routines and outfits. It's been good to see him move on up, and now be one of the biggest media and fan darlings.
But most impressive is his philosophy and attitude.

Kai's a Beast! Looked great at the "O" this year. I thought he was a little to Boxy, though.

I think the mass actually hurt him at the Olympia. He was just Freakin' Huge. Lats were like big ass boxes that were lick and stick on to him. He outweighed almost everybody there. Phil was down to what 230 or something like that? I for one want to see the sport go back to the X-Frame days of Arnold, Steeve Reeves, Frank Zane and others.

I've always thought of this dude as a nerd/meathead and figured thats why he's never got as much credit as everyone else. Seems like finally he's getting the attention he's always wanted...
