Rest 2 minutes and run this cycle again.

Upright Row--1 warm up set
2 Sets of 6
1 Set of 12
Dumb Shrugs----2 Rest/Pause sets same as above.
Rest 2 minutes
2 Sets of 15
Incline Dumb Shrug--3 Sets of 8
Superset with.....
Incline Rear Delt Raise--3 Sets of 8
Dumb Lateral Raises-1 Set of 10,drop weight 20% rep to failure,drop weight 20% again rep to failure again.
Dumb Ft Raises-1 Set of 10,drop weight 20% rep till failure,drop weight 20% again and rep till failure again.
