What's your typical diet? I try not to put on weight (or even lose some).

A typical day looks like this (don't laugh).
Breakfast
200g vegan yoghurt with a scoop superfoods powder
1 tsp almond butter
Chicory

Lunch
200g veggies
Tofu or hempfu
1 or 2 slices Ezekiel bread
200g vegan yoghurt

Snack
1 Raw Foods fruit and seeds bar

Dinner
Like breakfast or a protein pudding with a tbsp superfoods powder
An apple

Bedtime snack
Low fat cracker with a slice vegan cheese
1 tsp peanut butter
 
my diet mainly eggs, fat free greek yogurt, chicken, salmon, avocado, oats
well below the maintenance calorie threshhold atm
 
Eggs, beef, whole milk, full fat Greek yogurt, chicken, rice, oatmeal, grape seed oil, and avocado oil.
