Chicory
Lunch
200g veggies
Tofu or hempfu
1 or 2 slices Ezekiel bread
200g vegan yoghurt
Snack
1 Raw Foods fruit and seeds bar
Dinner
Like breakfast or a protein pudding with a tbsp superfoods powder
An apple
Bedtime snack
Low fat cracker with a slice vegan cheese
1 tsp peanut butter
